Work allocation means assigning tasks to the right person in the most efficient manner. A team leader decides who is best suited to perform each specific task for a project. Then, all the team members become part of achieving a goal or project at a high level of productivity. At least that’s the plan.

It may sound easy, but it involves considerations beyond simply scheduling people to do a particular job.
